Ubisoft announced today that Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory is shipping for retail this week and will be available at North American retailers everywhere by March 31st in slightly different iterations for the Xbox video game system from Microsoft, PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system, Nintendo GameCube and PC, as well as the N-Gage platform, published by Gameloft.
