I have just found out how to get Donkey Kong 64 to work at a very decent speed without the laggy camera that always resets! You must be using Surreal64 Xxx B5.1.
Video Settings:
Flicker Filter: Disabled
Soft Display Filter: Disabled
Texture Filter: GAUSSIAN-CUBIC
Vertex: Mixed Vertex
(Project 64)
Settings:
Region: USA
Video Memory: 10
Paging Memory: 10
Dynarec Memory: 10
Plugin: Rice 5.31
Audio: LLE RSP
Load Surreal64 Xxx, then load Donkey Kong 64, once you get to the main menu, use the left thumbstick to switch options, once you find options, select it and do the same thing untill you see Camera, then use the Left Thumbstick to change it from Follow to Free. And then play some Donkey Kong 64!
I have tested this myself and have ran into the setting when I was trying to find a solution to the laggy camera, and I did!
