Hello all!!
I have decided to upgrade my HDD to a Seagate 120 GB, and i just need a few things clearing up! I bought my console pre-modded from the net, and i was wondering, will i need to update the bios, if i dont, is it still adviseable? How do i do it, im a complete noob if u havent already noticed!!
Another thing, i have heard that games are now being coded to only run from the DVD drive, is this true? if it is, how can it be fixed??
Also i know this is in the wrong place, but is putting a bigger HDD in better than running off DVD's? Does the HDD lock up a lot and give DDE's? Any comment from your experience would be much appreciated!!
Thanks in Advance!!

If your xbox has a chip in it, Putting a new drive in it is easy.
If it was softmodded there will be a little more work to do.
HDD all the way I say!
the hdd should still work long after any xbox dvd drive is able to, (in my experiance).
You`re bios won`t need upgrading for 120GB in any case
if you know you have a chip the first thing you want is a backup of your existing hdd on your pc, the second is AID of course.
