dont know i only have a cd burner, u never hotswapped didnt you ? i just need to restore my hdd back to ms dashboard using that method,,,

If you dont know the diff between an answer and a qustion then how did you mod the bax to start with.
You say it plays games then it wont boot.
rebuild the hdd or get an aid disc and reformat the drive and start from scratch.
I try to help and you pop off with this crap, i cant fix it if i dont know what the exact prob is.
Drop the attitude or the topic gets locked.

sorry dont mind me.. youre not useless,, its just that after 1 week of intensive search im startin gto be pissed off.. sorry,, i know you were just trying to help.
prooblem is fixed now,, the problem was in my fonts folder, i had a nk folder that was not suposed to be here, i deleted it and it worked

Good to hear man, but that was my deal i dont know that folder was there and i cant see the drives the folks here are more then happy to help but we require a lot of info to find a good solution.
If you need anything more i wold be happy to help as long as you keep calm and dont blame me for things that are out of my hands.
