If the cd is good then the problem is in the xbox or the installer

Ive been looking through some tutorials and other posts on softmodding. Does the model number of the xbox mean a whole lot?

it has to be a 1.6 because the manufactured date is 2005-06-09

xbox version dosnt matter with softmodding. Is it PAL or NTSC?

hmm make sure your not using a platinum series cus that dont work. See i always liked using the 007 one its easy and fast and hard to mess up but were all here to help you and nice to meet you have fun on this site.
