From the last email I got from you, it was looking like you would be sending your machine to me at the beginning of the week. That is fine. I have actually will have a chip here waiting for your machine. Give that HD change a serious thought. I'd hate for you to sell yourself short. A 120GB HD is only around 75.00 right now from newegg.com and you can fit about 40 or so xbox games on there!! At least. Plus I have a ton of emulators and roms that I put on the machine for you, so you want a little space for that.
That's what having a mod is all about. Maximizing what it can do. I know that some people think modding is only so you can rent games from blockbuster and then back them up and not have to spend money on games, I mean after all...30 games is equivalent to 1500.00, but modding your machine gives you so much more than that. It's cool to be able to play NES, SNES, Sega Genesis, GameBoy Advance, MameOX (arcade games) and so many other platforms right on your xbox!!!
MameOx is so cool. You can play the real arcade games right on your xbox. It's like you just put a quarter in your favorite coin op arcade game! It's way cool. My daughter is a Paper Mario freak...and Mario Kart...she loves being able to play Shrek2 on xbox, then switch over to her Nintendo games.
Just let me know when you are ready. I'll make your machine a gaming/multi-media powerhouse!!

im a skeptic who's trust doesnt come easy...let alone someone typically willing to ship $300+ worth of equipment to someone i dont know...after about 2 weeks of surfing this site, i signed up for vip membership and shipped my xbox to RM about 2 hours ago...
read the other threads...just about every technical modding question that comes through gets answered by him...he definately knows his shit.
besides that, his prices are awsome...compare to anyone else and you'll see what i mean, not to mention that he hooks your hd up with goodies...
I'll post some pics here of my RM-box when it gets back.

I hear ya! I trusted someone with a brand-new Halo Xbox and about $100. And I would have been burned if RM hadn't helped me get it back.

I just recieved the last of 2 xboxes I sent to Real McCloy. The first one was a Botched mod job that myself and 2 other friends tried to do. It was the MOD repair straight from hell for rm. RM commmunications are the best he kept me updated daily and answered all my emails at lightning speed. The xbox and programs are unbelievable. I Highly recommend RM and you can't beat his prices.

OMG!!!
I just got my box back today and went home to check it out during lunch...
I was an hour late getting back just because i was checking everything out RM hooked it up with...INSANE!!!
RealMccloy kept me in the loop with countless emails during the installation process and came through on everything he promissed and then some! I had a dud lcd screen from divineo btw, and he even got that to work for me...rm is one gifted individual!
I have never in my life seen something this crazy...and ive been to amsterdam as well as seen handicap transvestite midget pawn. Seriously, if you are going to mod your box, send it to him!

Glad you like the machine. I am working on a case top to showcase LCD's. I got some feedback from a few people and that backlight should work with no other wiring other that what you had on the install sheets so there is definitely something wrong with that bad boy. From what I read about LCD's, it's pretty common to get a bum one.
Just let me know if you ever need any assistance with your machine.

Just an update:
I have already started adding SmartXX Chips to my premods so check that out. I am still adding some case modding options to those premods, but if you dont see something you want, please email me.
I am now going to start offering X3 chips as well.
Even though I am not real keen on these chips yet, I am going to give them a chance to grow on me I just don't like having external shit like switches and stuff, but what I do like is the X3 now has it's own LCD and it looks like it's a sinch to connect.
So, keep your eyes open if you are looking for Xeniums, SmartXX's, or X3's in a premod new, used, or refurbished...I will be able to help!

Hey all, I just wanted to let everyone know that my site is going through an entire identity change. Between modding machines and helping out in the forums and all, I have little time to update my site and shopping cart, and it needs it badly.
You see, I used a template when I made my site and it just doesn't work out too good when it comes to customizing what I want on the pages. Also the cart is very cumbersome to deal with. So, starting tonight I am upgrading to a new content management system called Mambo. If you jump on my site and have any issues, don't worry. It will all be cleared up in a few days.
