Hey everyone. I just downloaded my very first game ISO via via Azureus. I tried my CloneDVD 2 software with a Maxell DVD+R and man, was that friggin easy. Took less than two minutes to burn! Popped it in the tray and bam, it worls.
My question is, the first screen that comes up after I press the start buttone wants me to sign in live. I can choose my username, guest, or create username, but since I have to have mod chip enabled obviously I don't want to actually sign in xbox live. Is that the normal process for playing MotoGP2? Do you have no other choice but to login to xbox live to play this friggin game? I was all geeked out that I downloaded and burnt my first game, now I think I have nothing more than another coaster for my coffee table.
Has anyone successfully backed up this game to HD or disk and played it without getting banned. I mean, shit...what do people do who don't have xbox live.
I guess I could always just unplug my network cable just in case, but was curious to what everyone else with this game is doing.

I'll give XBC a shot.
And, MotoGP2 always tries to connect to Live first, so stern warning. All those who are going to play this game, disco your network cable. Basically, what I did was let it roll through what it wanted to do and when it couldn't connect to XBOX Live it game me a selection to play offline.
From now on I am keeping unplugged unless I am going to FTP or actually play on xbox live. I am wondering how many other games auto connect to live before you even decide how you want to play. _________________ Good Deals: Death@Hand, funkydopenloven, StaticMind, Slamscaper, PorscheXboxter

Hey sounds like fun to me. yes realmccloy That game does go right to live thats what its made for loive game dont know why just that game does it though its got to be the only one.

Ill give you all a yell when my ADSL is active.. Im so keen for a good game over the net.. XBCONNECT kicks ass.. BUt i will also be buying my XBOX LIVE kit and some new games to play too..
Its about time i made some time to play xbox again.. Ive been far too busy lately.
