i followed all the instructions. and my hdds are saying an error occured. i also cant lock or unlock my hdds because it says failed to lock. on top of that i cant go to ms dashboard and i cant play games plz someone help me

Ok.. So you have a RETAIL XBOX HDD too and it works fine..

If your retail hdd is working fine im guessing you may have forgotten to UPDATE AID2.0 with all the update packs.. There is a issue with AID2 (early versions) which required a update.

The update is to fix a problem when install a BRAND NEW HDD and formatting it..
no nothing works fine. all my hdds arem acting up. i cant update anything because when i put it in a folder like c it ends up in flash form in folder e. when i try 2 flash it it says error: file does not fit.

if the error is FILE CANNOT FIT then it sounds like you have the wrong sized bios for your modchip..
I would suggest using the EVOX M8 bios to flash your xenium..

You might be trying to flash for example a 512k bios on a 256k capacity. Try the M8 as Fofahobby said or the Xeecuter2 4983.06 _________________
