AWccording to the new article on Bungie, they're going to ban even softmods; but does this mean if they are on the E: drive (scanning again?)
Because I don't want to risk getting banned, and I thought it was safe to play on Live with the original MS dash running...-.-

If you have a softmod installed then you don`t have a original ms dash
because that`s the bit that is hacked,
I bet my softmodded xbox get`s on there with no problem`s as It never has the
softmod installed. all I have is a gamesave in my E:\Udata
( and 150 gb of music emulators and apps on my F:\ )
Can someone make this perfectly clear? Is it safe to go on when the softmod is "Disabled". I have restored the c: drive to its original state but the backups are still on the E: drive. Is this safe to go on to live with

I just soft modded a friend's xbox and logged onto live with it in the MS Dash, then updated it, and then still was able to play in matchmaking. I wasnt banned. looks like i got passed it. everythings installed on c

the update searches for a softmod and only sometimes bans u from matchmaking only!!!!!@!
noone softmodding has been banned yet with this update.
but microsoft now knows who is modding and who isnt...
btw...do u think u can send me ur update mine cant load so if u can find it on ur xbox pls copy it and let me know at clapboy87 on aim or just pm me plz

found that i`d been banned last night.
So beware!
I wasn`t playing any games and didn`t have any softmod in place (just Had the exploit in my gamesaves)
all I have done in the last week is chat in the voice chat with some friends. ( no playing Gaylo 2, no cheating, no modded content )
So Mr gate`s If thats how you treat your customers, You don`t
deserve any.
The funny thing is though that I was just starting to warm to ms as well!
Anyway, i won`t be buying another xbox, nor will i be buying a 360
I will be selling all my xbox live games ( don`t need them anymore )
And will be modding peoples xbox`s for FREE from now on and filling them with every MS game on the market.
and lastly I`m now running linux on my pc.
Since I now don`t support the xbox in anyway other than to cost ms money, This will be my last post.
