I got another prob. i can put the games on my HDD, and play them from there, but if i burn them to a dvd i get the same error "No default.xbe", i am burning tha files like data, do i have to create the iso then burn it to the dvd. to be more specific :
1.- unrar the iso
2.- extrac the iso to a folder on my pc
3.- patch the default.xbe
3.- ftp to xbox play from hdd
4.- burn to dvd.
from the hdd i can play the game no prob there. do i have to create the .iso whit cxbox tool?? _________________ Unleash X V.0.31.1207A

once the BACKUP game is working from your xbox hdd you can then ftp over to your pc and make a new .iso file using cxboxtool or other xiso creators.
thats it.. Then just burn the newly created .iso using nero or dvddecrypter.

hi,
ok heres how i would do it:
1. Download my backup from BT
2. You shoulud either get .rar, .zip or .iso files
3. Unrar/Unzip the files so you get a .iso file
4. Open DVDDecrypter and burn the .iso file to a DVD-R/CDRW
if you burn to CDRW you will need to find the brand that works with your xbox dvdrom drive.. all xboxes are differrent.
If you burn to DVD-R there is more chance it will work.
NOW THAT YOU HAVE DONE THAT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO BOOT THE BACKUP..
btw.. Im hoping that your xbox is modded by softmod or modchiped.
if not it wont boot.
Another tip.. You could use a XISO creator/extractor tool to extract all the files including the default.xbe from inside the .iso file.. Then you could ftp the files over to your xbox hdd and test.
