I unpack the aid2.0 and then use the iso updater to add all the available rom add-ons but when i go to burn it with nero i get an error saying that the size is incorrect would i like to fix or ignore so i tried both and burnt them to disk when i boot on my xbox i get nothing but a freeze at the xbox load screen.
any ideas?

I had the same problem with Nero using DVD+R. I ignored it and all went perfect. _________________ XBOX v1.6

using memorex dvd-r which is readable on all the boxes ive done so far. like i said aid1 works fine but cant seem to get this aid2 to burn.
Did you add all the roms on when you got the same error?

I always suggest using DVDDecrypter to burn the AID2..

My mistake...... AID2 burned perfect with Nero6 on DVD+R.... it was a Prog burn that did that........... sorry. _________________ XBOX v1.6

I cant figure it out. I tried again and still nothing.
It seems as if its doing the full burn but when i load it on my box the screen freezes at the xbox load screen and nothing else happens. If i eject the media it continues to load to the dash.
I will try dvd decrypter.

This one my be a stretch but have you tried cleaning the DVD drive with one of those disk cleaning jobs? Maybe just diry enought to not want to read that disk. _________________ XBOX v1.6

Ok I tried dvd decrypter with no luck. same problem where it freezes.
I have tried it on several different xboxes.
Maybe i got a corrupted download.

Well got it to work without any of the rom add on packs. same media same boxes.
go figure.
