hmmmmm no idea if thats possible, but you could possibly make a "child-safe" dash. first BACKUP the original .xml by FTPing it to your pc for safe keeping. (change the file extension to like .bac or something) then open up a copy of the original .xml in notepad and you should be able to remove menu choices like "Settings" for example.and then FTP back onto the Xbox. this is hypothetical though as i have never tried it or anything. and no one but yourself can be held accountable if this should render your Xbox useless. but in theory it should work

make menu editable in options
then you can set a password on every option , i'll give example how you can do it directly to config file when i get home .
In system then settings then system
again you will find the option to
allow the menu edit, click it to
yes and save,
then on the options you want to
lock simply press the start button
then edit add your pass and save.
