Where to start, Got it! Okay I have a new XBOX, never softmodded, and I have a new HDD under 120gigs so I do not got to worrie bout G partition, and a computer with all the softwear I need.
I was wondering if it is possible to take my new HDD and programe it to have everything on it, aka modded and put it into my xbox just by switching out the 2 drives, becouse if I can totally skip the game exploits and what not I would love to do that, I read the AID2 manual and from what I get is inorder to do this you have to have your XBOX allready soft modded, but I do not see why that is needed when the computer partitions your HDD and adds all the basix XBOX stuff. that means I really do not need the HDD in my xbox right now do I? I just want to programe my new HDD and switch it with the original XBOX HDD, can someone answerme plz!!

you can't just swap it because it needs a locked hd
this means locked with the eeprom from that xbox .
