A friend of mine bought an X-Bit modchip, he said it is a version 1.5, but i wasn't around when he bought it. Anyways, he bought the chip, and he decided to do all this himself, and in the process lost the spacer and the screw, is there anyway to get replacements for these two items and where? If not buy replacments online, then does anyone have the specs so i can sort of seach for items the same size in my local area.

The only way you are going to be able to get those is from someone who has extra or no longer needs theirs. As far as the screw goes, you can always find a replacement screw once you know the exact size, which I don't.
And as far as the spacer, you can probably find this at your local lowes, home depot, or hardware store.
