Does anybody know of a decent torrent to download a non corrupt version of aid101.rar?
I have tired about 7 or 8 times now to download this and every time the rar file is corrupt. It's getting pretty annoying now as nobody will ever give direct links to this file just a link to download it as a torrent. I wouldn't mind if there was a decent torrent of it out there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
PM me if you want to discuss any locations of this which you think might get you in trouble with the mods.

Well, if you become a VIP member, you can download it from the VIP Downloads section and it's HTTP not bit torrent. Plus, there are so many perks to being a VIP it's totally worth it! hope that helps! _________________ XBOX v1.6c

I'm afraid I've had rather bad experiences with making payments online in the past and I'm very reluctant to do it again. Especially for something which it supposed to be freely available. Any other ideas?

I'm not insulting anybody. I'm just stating that a lot of people that are seeding it out there must have a corrupt version. I've been looking around and it's not just me who is having this problem. It appears several people say the same thing.
I've been to the AID homepage and they give the torrents to download it with. I have tried on several occasions with this torrent and every time the same result. I have even tried using that torrent from multiple computers to eliminate the possibility that it was my PC. Same result with them all.
I'm not trying to have a go at anybody here and I'm not placing any blame on anybody. Sorry if it came across that way. I would just like to find an alternative source for download.

The only other alternative is our VIP Section.
I know you weren't meaning to try and insult anyone as such, but thousands of people have got AID v1.01 off Bit Torrent, and that's the main distribution point.
You could try other P2P places like exeem and kazaa, but I don't know how well seeded it is on those...

Well, VIP membership is a pretty good thing to have.
You get access to all the websites downloads, plus access to FTPs (please note there are no illegal games on them). You also get VIP Ticket support, which is run by me and the other admins.
Just so you know where the money goes, it goes straight into paying costs for the webhosting. Forahobby nor myself make no profit from this site what so ever, and for many months Forahobby has actually paying out of his own pocket to keep the site online due to heavy bandwidth use.
Anyways, it's something worth considering.

Cool, you won't regret it.
Now, AID v1.01 is currently down on the website, but out FTP server is hosting it too at the moment.
If you check the newly opened up VIP Forums you will see a post about gaining access to the FTP server.
Just two cents to get you rolling in the right direction
