I just need to check for sure before I logon/sign up tomorrow to xblive ,is it ok to leave evoxdash.xbe in C:/ in with xboxdash.xbe in C:/ for xblive? I have a applex3 chip installed & can boot either msdashboard [original bios]or evolutionx dashboard [modchip] dependining on whether I push the power on button or eject button to power on[eject button turns on original bios, power button turns on mod chip bios]

as long as your modchip is turned off you will be right...

I always thought that certain modchips (or bios's) boot to e:\ partition and look for the evoxdash.xbe..

They look for illegal bios's on connection to live but am sure that they dont scan c:\..

One thing though.. Have you done a xboxdashupdate from a XLIVE TITLE?

get back to us.

need more info.
