OK here it goes:
1) I have done this before
2) Pro 2.2 no install problems known to me
3) Initial boot showed cromwell screen
4) Used xbm to flash bios but it halts and freezes on the writing process
a) chip off, switches 1-3 are off, switch 4 is on
b) get proper codes when pressing info in xbm
5) xbox works fine when chip is off
Let me know what you think, even ask the basic questions just in case. Thanks.

are you sure you have the right size bios file etc..
You may need to split the bios to the correct size for your modchip.,. Its been a while but thats all i can come up with at the moment..
Sorry for the lag time, but i did get it to work by hot swapping the chip with my old one. I also received an email that a fix is in place from the manufacturer but i have not sen anything as of yet.

when you say they said there is a fix.. Is this what the online store told you??? As this is exactly the info for a fake xecutor ive heard on other forums..
Most online stores will give you your money back straight away so i hope it all works out sweet for ya..
