Can anyone tell me what size the bios.bin file needs to be before I can flash it onto my xbox?

I have got the file from the teamexecuter site and its 256kb, is that ok to flash my Xbox with? (I know that I must also include a 100 mb + file)

The X3_1959 bios I have is a .bin file and is 1024kb in size. Not sure what bios you have. The 1959 bios is available from here in the download area.
