My XBOX was working great, then the hardrive seemed to stop loading the xecuter software. I have noticed the 2 Blue LEDs are lit, but the green LED only lites for 1 sec and goes back out. I understand this could mean the chip is misaligned with d0. I have readjusted the chip several times with no luck. Any suggestions?

If your xbox just boots normally with the chip installed then it is definitely the D0.
