First off, is this the right place for this post?
I was looking to move a bunch of mp3’s to my xbox, and of course found that a ton of them failed because of FatX. I tried out MP3 FatX Renamer, but I don’t like what its doing to the file names. Of course, I don’t like the way a lot of the mp3’s on my pc are named either… I was considering creating an alternative app, one that creates the names for the mp3’s on the xbox based on the ID3 tag info. Like Artist as dir, album as dir, 01 My Song as mp3 file. Obviously the program would still need to take into account the special characters and all that.
So, I would like some feedback. Is this a worthy pursuit? Am I all alone in this thinking?

What are you thinking of coding it in?? C++ vb?
Im thinking of seriously openeing a XBOX CODERS sectoin here on xboxhq.
I can code XDK myself these days and arent getting too bad at it!
I can also code C++ vb php etc etc and am keen to get guys into projects together..
Do you think this is a good idea.. Then all our members can converse and build things together.
Check out the PROJECT module which i added last month so we can keep track of members projects and their progress of it. It works well.
