So i need to know a few things about your set up.
1 Did you set the user name to xbox and the password to xbox in flash fxp?
2 Did you turn off the passive mode?
3 What are you ip settings for the xbox and pc?

If you have a router you wold be better off setting the xbox and the pc to dhcp, then use the xbox ip the router gives it in flashfxp.
Or it seems that lots of posts have been popping up about not being able to ftp evox so you could just add a dash like unleash-x or avalaunch and try to ftp it.

You would use a router not a hub _________________

Just hook the xbox and the pc to the router set them both to DHCP not static and type in the xboxs new ip to flashfxp.
