I have recently installed the X3CE modchip and the Control Panel. After installation I flashed with the X3_3294 bios. Now when it boots into modchip it comes up with the XBOX logo and the X3 Rox the Box or something. It will play games, but does not do anything else. My LCD is not working also. I have seen some cryptic clues as to holding in the white button when you boot to go into X3Config Live, but I am confused. Is this the white button on the XBOX controller or some other button. I have tried the white button on the controller but it does nothing. Does the normal X3 bios have any other options than playing games or not? Am I missing something here?

Here is a quick guide to start but i need more info like have you installed a dash?
What is the main screen you see after it boots up?
Have you downloded
auto installer deluxe?
Are you hooked to a router or the net with the xbox in any way?

Thanks for the reply. I have installed EVOX Dashboard (amongst others( Build 3935 I think. I still do not know how to get into the screen that is displayed in the tutorial. I have an EVOX M8 bios, and a X2 5035 bios installed.

Any ideas? Do I have to push any buttons on the controller, select a specific bios bank etc?

To get to that screen just hold the white button while the xbox boots up. Wink
