ok i installed a smart xx v3 and it is working but none of my controlers work i even tried the xbox controler wats wrong

Have you tryed switching port 1 and 2 with 3and 4 to see if that will do anything?

Do you have a stock MS controller or a 3rd party one? Some 3rd party ones don't work. _________________

Pull the guts back out and go over the whole mobo for solder splater or anything out of place.
