Yeah, they have great resources available. It's not too difficult, it's just we don't know your setup. For instance, do you have a router? Are you connecting to just your cable or dsl modem? Stuff like that.
Once you download the software and install it, then connect your xbox to your router or DSL/Cable Modem the rest is pretty easy.
If you have a router, you may need to go into your routers setup menu and do some port forwarding, but it's pretty straight forward.
I am very networking challenged and I got it working on the first try.
My friend, she got it going first try and she just connected her xbox straight to her Cable Modem.
I am guessing you do know that you MUST have broadband internet.
