I need help i thought i created an ms dash backup but something went rong.....VERRY RONG. this was my first time modding my xbox and i followed a tutorial at www.se7ensins.com. i can open ms dash by going to file explorer, c:/xboxdash.xbe and i have that but aperintly accedently didnt back-up ms dash.xbe! i would just uninstall the softmod but if i run linux it just goes to a black screen. I think i am also somehow not connected (BANNED or need to change some settings 4 live). i get error 21 if i load up ms dash by open tray boot. i cant load ms dash at all from UNLEASH X. the only way i can is file explorer, c:/xboxdash.xbe but i still cant get to live at all!
PLEASE HELP, THIS IS MY LITTLE BROS XBOX AND I HAVE NO MONEY AT ALL AND NEED A SIMPLE SOLUTION!!! HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok so did you make a eeprom backup first then a ms backup second an last a install softmod two files needed of slplinter cell installer an savegame of splinter cell. One question why that site an not here xbox-hq.com have all you need right here.

i used mech assault AND NO I THINK I CREATED AN MS THEN A EEPROM. BUT TO BE HONEST I DIDNT KNOW WWW.XBOX-HQ.COM existed. next time i want to do something like this i will ask here because i havent even got a reply or anything on se7ensins.

Ok This might seem a little complicated at first but read this throughly.
Step 1:Boot Unleash X
Step 2:FTP into your xbox and back EVERYTHING IN C:\ and E:\ to your computer
Step 3:Obtain AID (aideluxe.com) and burn the ISO file to disc.
Step 4: Format your HDD (retail) (now you know y you backed everything up)
Step 5: Install MSDASH and then go to tools > advanced options i think and install softmod.
Step 6: Transfer your gamesaves E:\Tdata and E:\Udata back to your Xbox.
As for the XBL account im not sure where that is stored exactly in the HDD so make sure you back everything up and hopefully some1 knows where it is stored I think you should be able to do an account recovery on it tho _________________

OK I WAS TURNING ON MY XBOX AND ABOUT TO BACKUP MY C:/ AND E:/ AND THEN I SAW A SPARK UDER MY HD AND DVD DRIVE!!!
I THINK I BLEW MY MOTHERBOARD TATALLY, I CAN TURN MY XBOX ON BUT THE MICROSOFT LOGO WILL NOT APPEAR!!! I CANT LOAD ANYTHING NOT EVEN A GAME OR MODDED DASH OR MS DASH......... WELL I WILL NOT BE GETTING ON IN A WHILE SO BYE BYE.
