Yea lately i have been seeing posts by new people here and it keeps getting harder to help them when they dont specify enough information so im suggesting that they have to fill out a little form like this so we can help them without like 5 posts back from them...I mean its just basic information that should give us some more insight on what is wrong with their xbox. The information that i figure that would be the best would be something like:
Soft or hard mod:
Xbox Version:
Error Number (If any):
Have you looked at the tut section:
A FULL Description of what is worng or what you cant figure out:
Then again it is only a suggestion. _________________

I'm a newbie to this but I have to agree with you. I think it would be a great idea just that way you can get your box up and running faster with out waiting for answers back and forth. Hope something could be worked out

Good idea man. Another thing I noticed is people with the same problem with almost the exact same post. It seems like some people dont want to bother to take the time and look for the answere themselves _________________

Yes some dont look but that is ok. I didnt look at first but after I got in to modding I basically went though the whole forum I figure alot out for my self. The thing is with the list some of people that come here as newbs dont know if there box is hard or softmodded or what dash they have or of course most of them dont know what version their Xbox is. So where the list would be nice it would still have drawback. If you made it so they had to fill it out they would just post in another forum or not know enough to fill it out and if you made it optional then they just wouldnt do it. That is my thought. Sorry so long.
I think it could help a bit but i find most of the time it's not the problem with the xbox, it's that you have to teach them how to fix it, and if thay don't have a mind for this type of thing it takes a lot longer to get it done....
I don't mind sitting for 1-2 hours helping them as long as they apreciate the help!!!

Hay i was thinking of doing a HOTSWAP and HDD UPGRADE for dummy's what do you think, if i did would someone pin them up in the forums
Cos there seems to be a lot of trobbles in this area and some people can't seem to follow the great tutts that are here all ready.... _________________
