Is there a way to shrink or moddify a game to burn on to a 4.7 GB?
Some games are 5GB or 6GB. can these be modified to under 4.7GB?
i have searched for the answer with no luck. Please help with issue.

Yes, you can try to split the .iso's and put onto two disks...dont know anyone who has done this.
Or, you can remove animations/cutscenes to shrink game size.
Look throught some older posts here as I know this has been discussed. I can't remember the name of the sit that lists all of the files that can definitely be removed. I think its a shame to remove the cutscences from Ninja Gaiden, as they are a work of beauty, but the gameplay isn't effected so you gotta do what you gotta do.
I tried backing it up to a Verbatim Dual Layer DVD9 disk that holds 8.5GB of data but my Samsung won't read the Vertbatim. I am going to try RiDATA next. Later man

I think we should pin that one so it stays up top...dunno. Will see what forahobby thinks. It seems we get spurts of questions regarding backing up larger games to disk.
