I have tried pushing the power button fast, the power and eject button, taking the switch off and bypassing the X3 P/E board still wont boot. The X3 logo on the switch is red not blue. Please help ASAP

Does the Tv screen give you anything?? and no matter what you always get the red X on the chip controller?

did use use a solderless adapter? or solder? check to make sure the D0 point is still in good contact.

The chip was bad tried a different chip and it worked fine.
