I have a modded XBOX that a friend modded for me so I am not sure what the setup is, I know it has a chip with some dipswitches mounted to the front. The problem is that most of the time when I boot it, the power will come and then shut off, does that three times then the power stays on but there is no video and the cd drive won't eject. After fiddling with it which usually results in hitting it, it will boot normally. Any ideas on what to check it's very annoying and I am afraid one of these times it won't come on at all?

try making the switches in this order

LEFT LEFT RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT Top to Bottom
