Xecuter 3 CE and Xbox Live I have the Xecuter 3 CE Can I use Xbox live with the chip installed as long as thge alogo shows RED (normal boot) or do I need to pull the chip??

Im pretty sure you have to rename and configure your hacked dash file like xboxdash2.xbe and your original has to be called xboxdash.xbe and then boot with it disabled... so if XBL checks, it sees the M$ dash is named right. dont quote me... i dont play on XBL...

make sure your boot drive isn't C just to be sure... then have the C drive stock, nice and clean. Have all your mod stuff set to run off E, F or G. So, then you configure your hacked dash to boot from E, normal boot of course will still come off C. Also, you need to have signed up for xbox live after the mod was done. So if the account was on there before you upgraded your hard drive, you're gonna need to get a new eeprom. _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."

I have xecurte 3 and xbox live I set up xbox live on a normal boot. But when I try to sign on to xbox live it says modified xbox erro can some one help

do you have a bigger hd? if so did you sign up before you put that harddrive in there?? is your "hacked" dash in the C: or E: drive??
