That's right slayer 2.7. What I'm trying to do is flash the bios. I got past the error 16 but now get an error 13. can't get to a point where i can flash the bios and then install slayer 2.7 Can you help? I've flashed pc bios b4 so im not a complete idiot. apearently i'm on my way though.

you're getting error 13/16 because your booting the M$ dash. What bios are you launching from the X3 chip. try the latest X3 bios and flash it over HTTP. once done then you can proceed to boot the slayers or AID disc

for spme reason, I'm not receiving any packets from the xbox. I need to flash the chip but I can't get to it. Any suggestions?

hold down power, eject to get to the back-up feature of the X3 and then try to flash it....
