Howdy! I just purchased an x-chip and solderless adapter and got it all installed, bios flashed, and games uploaded to the HD. The problem I'm having is that if I unplug the USB programming cable from my PC, the chip stops working after an hour or so. If I replug to the PC and reflash it, it's fine. As long as I leave it plugged into the PC it's cool, but once I unplug it it dies after a short while. Is this normal? Do I have a bad chip? Did I overlook something after the install (I'm kinda a newb)? Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Thanks!

Hey NB, man I that is a new one for me!

I'm real curious to see what others have to say about that. I'll look around and see what can cause a chip to not hold a flash.

Later man
