Ok so currently I'm running SID 4.5, single boot, with UnleashX as my dash.
Now what I would like to know is how to install Xbox Media Center as my main dash (and remove UnleashX, I guess) ... I currently have a dvd of AID 3.04 kicking around, so if anyone can offer a few pointers, it’d be greatly appreciated

I have XSelect installed on my E drive as my "main dash" what this allows you to do is "quick launch" whatever dash of your choice, and also helps keep the root of your E drive looking nice and clean. As soon as the xbox logo is done, you'll be greeted by a XSelect Dialog menu, and you can set up to 10 dashes on quick boot (one for each button, and one for each d-pad). So, you boot and want an emulator to start, just set it to X and hold down x when you see the dialog box. If you want XBMC to boot from E:\apps\XBMC\default.xbe, then set it to A (and default, so you can just boot and walk away).
This way, you have quick access to your favorite dashes and apps, and it also launches from IGR. (Under the config menu, you can even launch an error 21, which is quite funny). So if you use a lot of dashes at once for each of their different features, I'd go with xselect.
