I just bought the new executor 2.2 pro. My problem is that I can't find anywhere a tutorial to install it. I know there are many everywhere on the new BUT I have the new red version which has different parts than on all tutorials I have seen.The chip is different, the dip swith,on-off button and led are on a separate module and the 'ribbon' that goes next to the video is very very short. For those of you who don't know what i,m talking about the parts are shown at this address;
I'm not sure if i can post that link here but I really need some help.

Looks snazzy. I have a X2 installed but not this latest bersion. From the pictures it looks extremely similar to the X2 I have. The main tutorial you want in on where to install your chip and this will depend on the version. An important one to get right is the D0 point. Personally I would recommend that you install the 9 wire solder adapter. You should be able to find more info at http://forums.xbox-scene.com/ where team Xecutor have reloacted their forums. Also a handy app to have is FlashX which can flash your chip from the xbox, this will bypass and ribbon cable problems, but hopefully your short cable should work fine
