Hey guys, hope this hasnt been addressed already, but lately i've had alot of problems getting shoutcast to work on my box. It has worked fine for months but lately i *usually* get an error message saying that it could not download the streams list when i first access the top500. this has been going on for about a week, and today it did finally download a stream list, but its only got 30 streams on it. I tried removing that version and installing the XBMC.2006-01-23.DJB version which was reluctant at first to download the streams but it finally seemed to switch to an alternate server and retreive the full list. I didnt particularly care for that version of xbmc because i couldnt get the (smb) network to work correctly as it had in the previous version, so i reverted back to the default xbmc that came with aid2.11 final, which worked *once* immediately after i put it back, but has not untill i got the 30 streams today. So, have I been banned from shoutcast? is this a problem on shoutcasts side of the picture or do i need to just upgrade my xbmc version? do i just need to clear out my 0face008 folders, the e:\cache and the x,y,z drives and try again? also, is there any way to edit where xbmc should go to look for the top500 list and if so, does anybody know where i should point it to go? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
