hey Appollyon,

At the moment 'NO.. But i will adding this feature soon.
I used to have the file attachment in the older forums but had nothing but problems with it as it was only BETA..

Im upgrading the forums and the whole site very soon (we ive been working on it for over 1 month already).. So hang in there..
Just upload a file using the normal DOWNLOADS section here:
http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/downloads-AddDownloadUpload.html

Then you just link to your file once we have approved it..

hope that explains things for ya!
