I have never been to CA man!! I definitely must go. A friend of mine just moved to Diego..she loves it.
My wife is flying into CA for some Nail show. No, she's not a carpenter...she owns a Salon...
I can't remember where she is flying into, but I know it's southern region. She has an uncle that lives in Hollywood and a couple cousins too. Her one cousing is a camera man. Her other cousin is a Union Painter and does work on movie sets.
She's (my wife) friends with Peter Reckel (Days of our Lives) and he usually gets her and her sister into the studio to watch tapings of the soap. The only famous person I have ever met, that I can remember anyway or isn't a sports figure, is Harrison Ford. He was out this way purchasing a helicopter and was visiting friends and at a local pub here. Bumped right into him and I didn't even recognize him..HA.

I used to live in CA. Manhattan Beach and then Santa Barbara. Great place, but haven't been back in ages though.
