Sounds like everything is under control. I have the programmer if you need it.
You could also do a hot swap of the chip if you know someone that has a modded xbox. _________________ "Modding the world, one xbox at a time"

HELP WITH XECUTER 2.3B Lite + INSTALL!!!
Just cracked open a Halo Xbox I bought in early May. The clerk at Wal-Mart just gave me a funny look when I told her I wanted the oldest Halo Xbox they had. She said they hadn't gotten any new Halo Xboxs recently, so I'm hoping it's not a v1.6... it shouldn't be... it has a FOCUS chip that I think the v1.6s don't have... can anyone confirm this? The D0 point looks like the non-v1.0/1.1s.
Anyway...... I cleaned the D0 area with fibreglass brush. I can't seem to get all three LEDs to light when the chip is disabled. I can get the 2 blue LEDs to light, then I rotate the modchip slightly counter-clockwise (CCW) and the blues go out and the green LED comes on. Rotate CCW a little more the blue come on, green goes off. Rotate a little more, 2 blue, no green... If I flip the switch to the "v1.0/1.1" position, all three light up, but when I enable the modchip ------> flashing red/green! I just can't seem to get the durn thing aligned properly... I'm wondering if it's even possible!
I didn't have nearly this much trouble with my other Xbox. There also seems to be a little doodad on the motherboard of the Halo xbox that isn't present on the other xbox, and this thing seems to impair the installation of the modchip. It looks like if I'd remove a small portion of the edge of the modchip board, it would fit better.
What am I doing wrong? Any ideas? Thank you!

When installing my 2.3B Lite+ Chip, I had no trouble installing the chip. The green light on my chip only comes on for a brief second. As in the directions, it says on some xbox's the light will only come on for a brief second. I was also worried my chip wasn't working, until I read the directions a little more. Don't turn your chip to the 1.1/1.2 settings. I think this can damage your motherboard.
Your xbox is a 1.4 or 1.5, so do not worry about it not being compatible with your chip. When the chip is installed correctly it will fit firmly into place, you an feel the pogo pins pop into the correct holes and tighten the chip down. Startup the Xbox with the mod chip enabled and your A/V cables plugged into a tv. The Blue Led's should light up and remain on. The green will flicker on for a sec. Then Cromwell Bios Flash will come on you tv screen.
