to install xbmc properly:
- remove 0face008 folder in udata and tdata if they already exist.
- also delete xbmc folder if you already tried to install it.
- get a clean build from a torrent (xbmc torrent finishing with [Y] are safe)
- unzip and copy content of archive anywhere on your xbox hd (preferably e:\Apps\XBMC)
- launch xbmc and configure at your wish...

Q:\ is where xbmc folder is,
it`s own "Home" if you like.
it uses Q to point itself at xbmc
related programs.
