Ok my brother wanted to unlock his 200gb hd on his TSOP flashed xbox. So we did that, Locked it with the right eeprom and then to reformat it, and now it is screwed with nothing on there (people make mistakes), but on the xboxhdm cd there was nothing other than the C:, and E: drive, with the eeprom using xboxhdm, so would there be a way someone might be able to fix it, or a way that someone could hotswap. Or sell it on ebay for someone to fix it.
Edit: it wouldn't boot up on xboxhdm, so somehow it might have got damaged by the process, which i wouldn't understand why, i think it is just realy messed up, too bad i didn't have an exploit on there to fix it .

Maybee next time you should use configmagic,
anyways, what error code are you getting when you boot with it in the xbox?
If there is nothing on the c:\ drive you could always make a boot disk from unleashx.
Best way to do this is download a new version of unleashx (make sure it`s the newest, Rename the unleashx.xbe to default.xbe then make into an .iso
(if you also get hold of xbox-hq pc esentials you will have all the tools you need to do this)
burn to a cd-r or dvd-r (whatever you know will work)
Then the first time you run the disk it will reformat and install itself to the hdd.

On the one that my brother is trying to put the hd in would be 14, and 16, dashboard, but i think there is no softmod, soo making a bootable cd wouldn't work, unless i could use it on my hardmod, wich on that i get error 06, 07 and the hd errors due to not locked to my xbox.

Yeah the other xbox was, but it is locked to the non modded one/ trying to lock it using a softmod, but screwed it up.

if you still have a working 8/10gb stock hdd for your brothers machine you may be able to use that to tsop flash your brothers xbox if it is a old enough xbox anyway

You will have to use pirups tutorial,
this I have never used myself but from the amount of people that have used it with sucsses I can say that this is the better option.
There is always an outside chance you may be able to fix it with configmagic also, This would involve you running your brothers eeprom on your xbox long enough too install a dashboard onto c:\
