Does anyone know if this type of HD can successfully be connected to an XBOX? I think I have found a great price on one, but I would only use it for my XBOX?!

if it did work, you wouldn't get the speeds of usb 2.0, the xbox's usb ports are 1.0

I am unsure of the USB devices that work without installing Linux OS. I am sure it's only a handful of USB devices that are actually supported on a normal modded machine.
I wish there was a more definitive list out there. Sounds like another great database for people to add to.
Something like, What mod chip and mod chip OS you are using and then add what USB devices you have successfully used. I would be very curious. For instance, I know some USB Jump drives will work fine, others will not.
