Hi everyone ,
First off, I'm new here. Within the past couple of months I've been interested in softmodding my good old Xbox that I got a couple months after launch. I've got the softmodding taken care of, now it's time to adventure into what I can do. One of those things is finding mods for my games. I've got games like GTA Vice City and San Andreas, Halo 2 and Counter-Strike. Those games are ones I'm interested in finding community mods for. But there'll be more, but these are a start. I do have a few sites I've found:
It's just hard to find out where to start in finding a lot more. Mostly a site involving Xbox only mods. I remember a couple of years ago, that I didn't think it could be possible or if anyone cared for modding original Xbox games. I think it's a neat idea. I always thought the Xbox, last gen, was the console to get ports of PC games. Seeing as because of Microsoft/Windows. So knowing that most PC games can be modded, I couldn't see why Xbox games shouldn't. If anyone has some insight on this, please reply. I wasn't sure if I should post here or Xbox-Scene. But after reading DJB's post, I thought I would try here.

Hey, welcome to Xbox-HQ. And, I actually plan to write up a few tutorials on how to mod Halo 2. Halo 2 modding is actually very easy. Just that before you mod any game, make sure it is saved onto your hard drive. Belive me, it is so much more easy to have access to the game when it is on your hard drive.
But, here is a tutorials to get you started for now.
Halo 2:
