Hello all.......its been awhile since I softmod my xbox but when I see an XBMC designed to look and move like a 360 I had to get it lol so I wanted to start fresh and restore my xbox to its normal state (BIG MISTAKE) somehow I messed it up something terrible I mean terrible to the point where I think I deleted the EEPROM backup by accident (yeah that bad) but I manage to find a EEPROM backup (not saying where lol) and then got the XRT a new dash put the file in the right places and made and burned the iso. Now the problem im having is when I try to unlock it if I can't unlock it when I get to the XboxHD maker 1-5 is disabled and when going on 6 I get this error
Error in BootDecyptEEPROM output saved to file hdkey.txt
but when I start from #3 it ask me to type in unlockhd -a it shows everything that im guessing suppose to show like hdd seriel, model, key, pass etc and yes it tells me that my hdd is locked but when I type in either -p or -f behind unlockhd i always get this error
shift: can't shirt that many
no password specified
is my hdd fried? im so confused and tired I been doing this for hours any help would be great thanks

ok so is there a way I can recover my eeprom from my original hdd? or am I pretty much done for? I tried the xplorer 360 to to find my xbox hdd and this is what came up
why is that Computer Management picks up the hdd but xplorer 360 or XP doesn't?
