Ok,
So anybody and everybody can just sue a Major Corporation for what pain and suffering. I find it hard to understand what is to become of this situation, I tell you what should happen somewhere to start 25 Years to Life just for the Conspiracy(ies) toward Microsoft, I mean what ever happened to the Lawsuit for the use of Microsoft the ability to gain access to an individuals Household PC to help enhance the DOS System > Windows and how we all forgot to see the acknowledgment to consent to or for Microsoft to do, I can see Microsoft consenting to the U.S._Judicial System for this Case and only to bring to the attention about how there is a need to always better the Windows System for not only the Business/Office but the opportunity at Home/Private users all with consent of course, I mean once you PC is setup to the Phone Line well you have just given up all rights anyway! what did we do/give in to Microsoft again , I think it was somewhere along the line of a pay raise in the world of Over Staffed / Underpaid < FYI Update: Congressional Bureaucrat Investigator and just plain and simply put; something else to pretended and act like we know what we are doing/taking care of and just to Impress the General Public.
Christmas only come around once a year, so everybody and there neighbor received an Xbox/Xbox360 for Xmas and Microsoft in my words had done more than there share of problems buy allowing a Video Game System in ones house in the first place not only that what did that do AT&T's Network Hub, I mean exactly how many phone lines actually did get tied-up and are we going to sue AT&T as well, I mean if Microsoft can manage to remedy to always support every household in the world to be plugged in "ALL AT ONCE" do you think that AT&T can manage "LOL".
Some guy need to take the battery operated devices out of their rectals and really find some way of caring about being logged into what Microsoft has.
I guess now is to wait and see what the SUB-Contract/Warrenties has in store for Microsoft, aka Lawsuit(s)

I was looking at this post as well that Uncle_DJB had posted, I find this one quite interesting as well, everything "START" at a personal interest of ones self and may-be shared with others from time to time like the way I found out from a friend/associate or just some other form of human life, meaning when I was turned on to Modding Consoles. I remember back in the late 90's when a friend introduced me to adding a at time $60.00 power converter to enable a TSOP to a original Playstation and that was only to be able to play Burned and Import Game from Asia, in which was stupid, now that I have a Xecuter3 Type Chip compared to the power converter in my Sony I could have saved my self some money by just learning to to it my self. Anyway, I know this statement is leading to this Hyperlink below so with no referance what gives Jeeves and why try do drive someone else other than 12 Iraqi's to fly a 747 into something.......

No, not resurface anything, but if you stand back and look or if you will review some of these latest incidents pertaining how one can take advantage of someone's good fortune or invention that just happens to offer such an opportunity like Video Game's and it's Industry form Manufacturing Console's to the obviously Game it self and the other manipulating part the selling of any System Console, Video Game and Accessories/Mod Chip's that produce New and Used sales of both Console's and Games be aware of this really gross and unappreciated side of the Computer Industry which is for some strange reason seeming to be taken advantage of.
I know in the U.S. it meaning the Computer Industry aka: California is taking care of most of the Nations source of Good Revenue thats not including California's other Good Revenue(s) such as pawn and Drugs all are an extremely High Paying source of income, I mean why attack and or try to manipulate some Industry knowing you will only harass it till it realizes that it won't win by any "Logical" means possible and that it is only better to pay-up then to try to be allowed to sit down and explain what and why it is the way things just so happen to be the way things are, and is there anyway I can do to make things better or is there a or some Law I need to respect. I must say neo, i dont see a lot of you in here but when you do post, you make it count man.
Few things in life make you stop and think anymore but the legal contracts you call posts will do anything but let you quickly read over them.
I wold say that out of all your posts i may have read one or two that i got the first time over and i cant even read them unless i had my cup of joe first.
Keep it up man and if i ever get in a jam and need to see the judge, will you come speak for me? LOL

It sounds very fancy and al, but I honestly don't know what in the hell this is all about. I haven't heard anything about raids, nor any lawsuit. I'm at work a alot and hanging with my friends in my spare time though. I know venting can be good for everyone, but I am so lost as to what the issue is NEO. Can you enlighten me in less than four paragraphs?

So how hard is it exactly for someone not to be in it for ones own benefit, why do they attack the Providing Source for a Financial or Personal gain, I mean who are they trying to impress the little guy's like you and me, well what about the little guy's like you and me that don't care about the thing's you and I like and only like you when you have something that you have. what kind of friends are thoughts.

That one is kind of ez since the masses wold say if it has no benefit to me then i have no need for it, as for "why do they attack the Providing Source" thats as simple as you have something that benefits me and if it cant live up to my needs i will take it or money from you.

That seems to be a trick since it will never be a nice guy just a bunch of cops that dont understand the law thay inforce, thay just do what thay are told and without thinking about it do what thay are told is right even if in the end thay dont feel the same way as the gov thay do it for.
We all here have upgraded are PC or xbox in lots of ways that when doing so im sure overlooked or skiped the read me that when broken down tells you in so many words "here it is down load it but dont use it.
In the end its all well and fine till it cost someone with power thare money, then its taken away.
I dont think its right and i dont think anyone here likes it but our vote wont count till we have the money to buy the power to be heard.

I had seen the movie a few weeks back National Treasure II and I thought it was a hole lot better than the first one, it stated that if the Confederates had found the Lost City of Gold aka: Aztec's that the U.S. would not have been separated into individual states that they would have been able and quote to "Financially Support a Nation as a hole" and so in not being able to find they thought it would be better to just part out a Nation into different states, bring with it room for different beliefs.
I don't know where that was going just wanted to try to provide a little more awareness.

I know for me example, I don't know how to write a Program for some piece of Software, but I know that I can Install Devices and Software, and so it might take a little guidance at times or application procedures just to acquaint or feel as familiar with what ever application I'm applying weather it be to a PC or Game Console.

For the first post i wold say its not the full on lack of money that stops me from power it the lack of mad spair money that stops me from making a real impact on things and as for the second post any help i can give let me know, keep the informativ posts coming and i will keep rolling out the help.

I think I would like to read-up on the relationship per say with EB Games into Game Stop and why did this have to happen. I feel and correct me if I am wrong but there is a lot of money to be made from not only the Console(s) Industry such as Microsoft (U.S) / Sony (Asia) but the Gaming Industry as well and the benefit of allowing the opportunist to Modify ones Game Console/PC in hopes also for the "Personal Gratification" or "Self Accomplishment" with assistance or no assistance in mutilating a Game Console(s) and altering it to Perform better than what the Manufacture had produced in the first place and giving it better control to do with not only the way it acts as far as the End User is concerned but also allowing with "threat" to Burning CD's to a now expanded HDD and it's ability to allow for a Reproduced or even a so called mass Reproduction of any Industry's Video Game. I mean why did it have to Impact the Mod Chip world any body can do just about anything with a Standard Computer you don't need a Mod Chip User to worry about that.
I'm sure and correct me again if I am wrong but all I can see is the User is only Voiding Him/Herself of the Manufacture Warranty and in past issues of burdening the "End User" with the Threating approach to Awareness, I just found it really unnecessary. I know Logically that Financially the Market of New Sales is obvious, but there is even a better Market Used Sales that do just fine with out a Modded Computer, that Console or Video Game Manufacturers ever get a portion of.
I hope this statement helps out EB Games/Game Stop.......
