I do not understand what I am doing wrong.
I wanted to upgrade to the most recent version of XBMC and I have downloaded T3CHs 'XBMC-SVN_2007-10-07_rev10457-T3CH' most recent build.
I deleted my original 'E:\APPS\XMBC' folder and replaced with the new one.
I usually boot to x3 bios screen first, then select boot to dash where my xbmc is the default. . . now when I select to boot I get the XBMC (or T3CHs) logo but after that the screen blacks out.
I cannot think of what I am doing wrong and I have done searches on this forum and also on Scenyx's site and also on T3CHs site and also on wiki and I Still cannot see what I am doing wrong.
I deleted my cache files and also the z folder, but still no success.
Stupid head me I didn't back up the files before deleting the original XBMC. I even tried to reinstall from AID4.0 and it still will not reload.

Looks like some files are missing try to redownload the new build and install it.
I just put the new build on my xbox ill go check to see if its a bad build.

Mine seems to work fine so like i said i wold download it again and reinstall, just make sure the path is right in your quicklaunch.

I downloaded the build again and uploaded to the xbox.
This time it is just a black screen and there is no logo intro.

These are the following steps I have taken to install clean:
delete original XBMC folder in E:\Apps\XBMC
delete "E:\CACHE\"
delete "Y:\"
delete "X:\"
delete "Z:\"
delete "E:\UDATA\0face008" and "E:\TDATA\0face008"
Install new fresh XMBC (be that T3CH's 10-07-2007 build, or the version from AID 4.0, or even from AID3.1)
Following the above steps still leaves me stuck with a blank screen.
The XBMC logo shows, but after that I get the BSOD (black screen of death)
Is there some other file that gets changed?
Is there some other file I need to delete?
My last resort is to do a full reformat and install, but you all can understand why I would not want consider this last resort.

I just cannot get XBMC to work.
I've tried to load T3CHs latest version on my XBOX Apps folder and it does not work.
I've tried to load T3CHs latest version on my XBOX in another location and it does not work
I've also tried loading XBMC's 1.0 build onto my XBOX and it has not worked.
I am really getting frustrated and I cannot figure this out!
Ever loading from AID 4.0 does not work.

Just format and do the install on a clean hdd, make sur you use the svn build after the aid one click install.
