Greetings everyone Sorry I have been gone so long but my laptop had a very nasty virus that infected over 1500 of my files. Luckily my wife has a friend that is a computer genius and he was able to contain and wipe out the virus and restore our laptop to working condition again. Anyhow I just went out and bought a linksys router and belkin game adapter for my 360 and I am now enjoying Halo 2 on Xbox live . True I am getting owned on any of the matches I enter but that is mostly because people are using modded controllers to do one hit kills and faster shooting times. Oh well I will continue to play with my unmodded controller in the spirit of fairness. Anyhow I just wanted you guys to know that I am alive and well and will be posting and reading the forums as often as possible. Wes I just got done reading your roach coach xbox special topic and It is good that you got some good money for it!!! Ya'll have a good day!!!!

Grate to see you back on the site man was going to give you a call to see what was going on.
You was out when i hit my 1000 post man and you lucked out that you was gone for the 2 or 3 days of down time for the site.

Thanks Wes for the kind words...I was really freaking out there for awhile when the computer went down thinking that it was beyond repair. The guy that fixed it said that If I had messed with it too much more it would have been beyond repair. So where is everyone? I mean I know I am not the most popular guy on this site but one reply? Ahh well it is nice to know that one person missed me anyhow. (sniff) Anyhow it is me and the wifes anniversary Sunday so I am spoiling her this weekend. So I better get ready to go because she wants to have dinner with her parents. When I found out we were eating with the parents my reaction were in that order. I am just joking....she actually has some really cool parents. Anyhow got too go......take care everyone.

Well you lucked out with your laptop.... Mine had a fried network adapter. Since it was on the motherboard I was prettymuch f*cked and had to get a new one. Im pretty happy with the new one though I guess. _________________

The microsoft router we were trying to get setup never worked. So I went to best buy and told the geek squad what I wanted to do and he told me the best router to get for my dsl connection and the fact that I wanted to use it for my 360 was the linksys router. And hey for 49.95 on sale I wasn't going to complain you know what I mean? I bought that and a belkin gaming adapter that attaches to the 360 and took it home and in 15 minutes I was up and running!!!!! You gotta love that. Plus my xbox live connection doesn't suffer at all when my wife is surfing the web in the other room. So needless to say I am extremely happy and satisfied with the whole setup. By the way the geek squad told me that buying a microsoft router was like buying a race horse with breathing problems, The horse looks fast but it's basically worthless. Oh well I bought that router off of ebay for like 20-30 bucks with shipping included so no big deal. Anyhow I better get ready to go before my wife kills me Take care and have a good day.
