u make it sound so hard you guys go to radio shack ask the person there for a DeSoldering Gun there about the same price as a soldering gun and all u do is get it hot squeeze the ball part and suck the solder right up i have one and it works freakin awsome. If you just plan on doing a non solderless chip install thats the best method to do it.

I like the copper brade just lay it across the solder heat up the back side of the brade and lift like 2 or 3 bucks and a roll last forever if you dont desolder much.

yes but u know how to desolder like that and solder this guy doesnt so why risk messing up with a desoldering gun it sucks up the solder like nothing.

i know but it makes it sound like thats what he should do but that desoldering gun is good for newbs that are not good at soldering can mess up the xbox easy so thats why i sujested the desoldering gun.

You know of any way to heat up the solder in a 1.0 and sink the header right in to whats thare.

ha cam to think of something but this i dont think would ever work but still funny to see it tried use a pair of pliers to hold the pinheader use a heat gun to heat the solder up and really quick stick the pinheader in lmao. Dont think it would work but hey maybe someone will try it lmao

How about you set the header up on the solder and just heat the solder till the header sticks and sets like an inch and a half off the motherboard. Very Happy
