ok i tsoped my brother 1.4 xbox but the only problem im having is flashing it with a bios i tried it with the eurasia liniux flash program but when it comes time to load the bios it trys to read it but says an error and im using the 256k.evox.m8plus bios. is there another way or an easier way or anyone than can help me out. Thanks

hi,
Are you renaming the evom8 bios ??
It needs to be named `bios`with the extension .bin, not 256kb evom8 bios.bin, just bios.bin. (windows should add the .bin extension)
also, i wouldnt bother putting a dummy file on the bios DVD.

Hopefully that will solve it but post back if u got any more probs.

Check your solder points, maybe even re-do them.
