See link. Ok anways I used ude2-complete-v0.2.2 and ran both the bat files like was said. I put them in E and C. Pretty sure used the right files .. Now after all said and done. Followed it to the T I booted it up and now... It just hangs at the Xbox logo sitting there doing nothing at all. Even if I load a game in it just sit at the logo screen.
Thats just the start of it. Now that I figure I check the drive or retry the tut again or whatever. I could not get my drive unlocked?! No matter how many times I hotswap it nada! I just did it before all this like 30 mins ago. Thats the thing its like after I did this its perminitly locked? I know I am doing the Hotswap correctly. I wait 6-8 seconds and then do it. I repeated what i did before. Not sure whats up now.
Anyone have suggestions or know why I can't get into my drive?
Anyways you guys think if I use ATAPWD with the master password XBOXSCENE will it unlock? I tried hotswapping and using both unlock proggries. Said denied or some crap. Maybe i used the wrong pass is it case sensative?

I don't know anything about the font expliot, its too old. All i can say is see if you can get it uninstalled somehow, since i don't know how it is even installed. _________________

I was going to use Krazies MEch assult save file i also uploaded that under the drive. I put the folder thats with a bunch of numbers. I wonder if i should of made a UDATA folder and put it there.
The font exploit is bert and ernie, it goes in the font folder and I guess if the xbox is set on english and you load it up. It runs the dashboard.
How would I go about getting back in my xbox to remove it though? The harddrive wont unlock it seems.

Omg i am getting so mad i need some help!
The damn hard drive will not UNLOCK just wont no matter what I seem to freaking do!
Open xbox.
-Unplug IDE cable from DVD-ROM, making sure to keep HD plugged in.
-Plug in A/V cable even if not hooked up to TV.
-Boot xbox. After a bit the leds will flash green and red. Since it can't connect to DVD-ROM it will go to error 13, and remain unlocked for as long as you need it to.
-Start the PC with the correctly made xboxhdm bootdisk.
-Wait for the opening xboxhdm menu to appear.
-NOW hotswap the PC primary master IDE cable to the xbox HD.
-Press 1 for VGA mode.
I tried the above and not a damn thing. It seems to not off the dvd/cd-rom when i plug the shit in! I also tried doing it old school hotswap by timing it with the cd unpluged and not unpuged! NOTHING!
I even tried the atapwd program and used XBOXSCENE lower case and upper. Nothing ether!
The damn thing just wont unlock.......

I got it, its up and softmodded. I had some help in realtime on another computer with someone.
I was not using another IDE chan with the CD rom. When I did it my self i killed C:
So I just rebuilt c and e partions and did a stock installing with bunch of save game exploits along with it.
