What exactly is your problem? What happens when you try to ftp? Whats your network setup? You do know your xbox has to be modded before you can ftp to it dont you?

Expanding on Bongripz' network setup question, you do realize that if you're connecting your Xbox directly to your computer that you have to use a crossover cable, right?

Yeah... What exactly is your network setup? Do you have a router? or are you trying to connect through a network card?

Could also be that his xbox is set to static and not DCHP. You want it as DCHP when your a newby at modding.
